1.How to find out products?

You can find our products in PRODUCTS and COPY NEW. All OEM spare parts are in the catalog PRODUCTS and high-quality imitations in COPY NEW.

You may also share your inquiry list to our sales team at sales@daftonsmt.com for our quotation.

2.What are your prices?

Our prices are subject to change depending on your quantity, exchange rate and other market factors. Our quotation usually valid in one month. Please contact with us for the updated price if exceeding one month.

3.How long may I get feedback from Dafton-SMT?

This is our working time:

Monday-Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm

Saturday: 9:30am to 4:00pm

If you send inquiry on weekdays, usually we can reply to you in 2 hours.

If you send inquiry on weekend, we usually reply to you on Monday morning.

4.What is your transportation methods?

We can send package by air, ocean and international express (DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc.). It depends on your choice.

Our standard method is by international express, fast and cheap.

5.What is your payment terms?

Our standard payment terms is full payment. Other terms need to be negotiated.

6.What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T, PayPal and Western Union.

7.How long is the warranty?

We will check the parts and test (for used parts) before shipment to guarantee they will work well when you receive. There are different warranty period for different parts.Please contact with us for it.

8.What is your packing?

Small parts will be packed by foam and carton.

Big parts and equipment will be packed by foam,carton and wooden case.

9.What is the lead time?

The lead time for common parts and machines is 2-5 working days.

For non-standard parts, such as special nozzle, please contact with us.

10.What is the delivery time?

It usually takes 3-5 working days to deliver by air and international express and takes 25-30 days by ocean.

11.What to do if I get a wrong items?

Please contact the sales for replacement.

12.If the parts is not working when receiving?

Please contact the sales for replacement

13.There is a error with the parts during warranty period.

Please contact with the sales and share details (description, clear photos, error information, etc.). We will get back to you when we get support from our technical team.

14.How is the after-sales service?
